What this page covers
This page describes the data handled by the public klastro.io site.
The Klastro application — dashboard, lab environments, authentication — is not
open yet; it will carry its own policy on the day it is.
Who handles the data
The site is published by edixos. For any question, or to exercise the rights below: [email protected]. Full legal notices will be published before the service opens.
Cookies and trackers
No measurement cookie is set before you choose. The site runs no advertising network, no social buttons and no third-party font host — the fonts are served from this domain.
| What is stored | Purpose | Lifetime | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|---|
klastro-cookie-consent (local storage) | Remember your choice so you are not asked again | Until you clear it | Exempt (strictly necessary) |
klastro-theme (local storage) | Remember light or dark theme | Until you clear it | Exempt (strictly necessary) |
_ga, _ga_<id> (Google Analytics 4) | Audience measurement: page views, referrer, device | 2 years maximum | Your consent |
Audience measurement
If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and where visits come from. Two settings apply: Google Consent Mode v2, which denies every storage type by default until you agree, and IP anonymisation. Until you accept, Google’s script is not even downloaded.
User-level retention is set in the Google Analytics property and capped at 14 months. Google Ireland Limited acts as processor; transfers to the United States may occur, covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework under which Google LLC is certified.
What we do not do
- No advertising, no retargeting, no profiling.
- No selling or sharing of data for commercial purposes.
- No mailing list: writing to [email protected] does not subscribe you to one.
- No forms: the only way to reach us from this site is an email.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected] — a person answers. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Withdraw or change your choice
Withdrawing must be as easy as accepting. This button reopens the consent banner with your current choice:
You can also clear this site’s cookies and local storage from your browser settings, which resets the choice.
